Your tasks
Accountabilities:
Ø Lead team to reach the team goal and meet customer's satisfaction.
Ø Implement the hub operation plans according to budgetary targets, service/ productivity standards and cost controls.
Ø Co-ordinate with internal other department, in case solve the problem at the 1st available time.
Ø Formulate internal KPI for measuring service performance and make corrective action plan to improve the service in consistent.
Ø Efficiently and sufficiently coach staff via consistent on-job training to improve team productivity.
Requirements
Education:
- College Degree or Equivalent

Experience /Knowledge
- Over 5 years experience of air forwarding or related industry.
- 3-5 years management experience in a service related role, preferably in the air forwarding industry.
