Your tasks
- You strategically design and roll-out initiatives to drive culture change within DB Schenker
- You are responsible for leading our global projects to continuously improve and adjust employment conditions and positioning DB Schenker as an employer who genuinely cares for our employee's wellbeing
- You design, plan and orchestrate global Leadership & Talent Development Solutions to support leaders across hierarchy levels in managing the change
- Therefore you manage projects to further drive DB Schenker's ambition to be best-class in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- You support large change & culture initiatives within global P&O
Requirements
- You bring several years of operational and/or strategic HR experience, ideally in People Development and/or Change Management
- You have proven experience in working and leading global projects, ideally within P&O
- You are a innovative and creative thinker and solution provider with project and change management experience to meet customers and future needs
- You have a strong customer focus and business acumen, paired with a proven track record in developing and implementing end-to-end solutions within and outside of HR
- You have excellent strategic and analytical skills, the ability to flexibly adjust to new circumstanes and are a excellent communicator and collaborator
