Join our team as a Finance Administrator (Maternity Cover)!
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This role is key to maintaining smooth financial processes for the IE/UK Cluster within the Air department. - Working hours: Monday to Friday / 9:00 to 17:30 (hybrid)
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Finance Administrator, you will manage the processing of account cost transactions and invoices, ensuring the timely and accurate handling of intercompany financial matters. Key tasks include:
- Managing and resolving intercompany invoices across multiple systems (Tango, Procars, Basware).
- Monitoring for any invoices that may be stuck in transfer and addressing any forced admin orders.
- Downloading and processing invoices from supplier portals, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
- Running regular reports, handling large invoice discrepancies, and liaising with operators to ensure financial accuracy.
- Supporting the team by covering for colleagues on leave and ensuring continuity of financial processes.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- A flexible attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential, with an ability to manage large data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a financial or administrative role is desirable.
