Your tasks

Responsibilities:

Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
Reviewing invoices to verify accuracy and completeness of information.
Preparing and submitting payments for approval and processing.
Coordinating with vendors to obtain missing or incomplete invoice information.
Maintaining good relationships with vendors and responding to their queries in a timely manner.
Resolving vendor disputes and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all procure to pay transactions.
Reconciling procure to pay records with vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
Assisting with month-end closing procedures, including preparation of reports and reconciliation of accounts.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to procure to pay processing.
Monitoring and identifying any potential fraudulent activity in procure to pay transactions.
Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers.

Qualifications:

Willing to work on a fixed term contract of 6 months.
One or more years of experience working in a procure to pay role.
Studies in the field of accounting, finance and economics, preferred.
Experience working with accounting software and other relevant software, such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to work with numerical data accurately and with attention to detail.
Ability to work with spreadsheets for tracking and reporting of financial information.
Working knowledge of accounts payable best practices and procedures.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Very good English language skills.
