What will you enjoy doing
• Review incoming shipments from MTY-MEX within our internal system to initiate the necessary processes for various accounts, as well as cargo and document retrieval.
• Conduct timely and accurate document verification for shipments arriving from MTY-MEX.
• Track MTY-origin shipments with different airlines and input the resulting information into the system. Maintain an arrival log to record events in case of schedule changes.
• Manage key accounts (customer service - operations).
• Upon cargo arrival at MEX-MTY, initiate immediate communication with the customer or origin.
• Ensure the receipt of damage reports and prepare preliminary claims for airlines to proactively address potential formal claims from customers.
• Immediately notify internal customers of any potential risks or service disruptions.

•Experience in managing key accounts.
•Intermediate Business English Level.
•To understand the scope, limitations, and the company's responsibilities towards clients and subsidiaries.
•Quick and creative problem-solving to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Overview
Ensure the timely and accurate entry of information into the system , track arrivals, and manage invoicing for the closure of air import shipments in accordance with current international trade regulations, as well as internal procedures, policies, and guidelines. This is done to guarantee delivery within the agreed timelines and customer business conditions while contributing to the achievement of air product objectives, KPIs, and the internal goals set for the department.
