    Join Our Team as a Program Manager - A Key Role in Our Intercontinental Supply Chain Solutions!


    Ready to take charge of a pivotal role in our ISC UK/Ireland team? Do you thrive on collaboration and pushing the boundaries of supply chain excellence? We're seeking a Program Manager to join us and make a lasting impact!


    The successful candidate shall interface actively with operational teams, business units and commercial account management whilst working hand in hand with the customer. 


    Location: Flexible ideally within commutable distance of either our Nuneaton or Heathrow offices. Hybrid working between home/office and visits to clients.



    What will you be doing?


    • Ensure operational excellence for key accounts and that customer expectations are exceeded.
    • Interface operational requirements with IT- / solutions-driven process flows.
    • Drive new business implementations including SOP creation, KPI definition and solution design.
    • Work with customer onboarding team for new project implementation and /or re- engineering.
    • Operational data analytics: address data quality issues to relevant internal functions and improve data quality.
    • Monitor and drive regional and / or global KPIs proactively.
    • Drive supply chain improvements by applying digital technology (order management, dashboards, predictive analytics, etc.)
    • Identify & manage joint value projects.
    • Design & drive customer quarterly business reviews
    • Act as a main interface between Global account team & operational teams
    • Drive business growth with selected key accounts

    About You


    • Hands-on experience in ocean and/or air freight operations is your stronghold
    • Experience in IT / solutions (order management and freight management are beneficial)
    • A master of analysis with an eye for detail, always aiming to elevate customer service and operational efficiency.
    • Confident presentation skills and experience in working with key accounts.
    • Project management and change management skills would be advantageous.
    • Excellent communication & networking skills
    • Willingness to travel both short and long-haul trips.
