Global Trade RCM Associate II

RCM Tasks: * Submission app - assign tasks * Create Service Contract ID (SCID) * New Creations and updates * Automate created SCID's * Amendment and CCG group maintenance * Maintain Freight Rates and Charge Rules * Quality checks (incl FCL cost) Other Tasks: * Manage relationship with stakeholders through regular engagement and handling of day-to-day transactions. * Other task that the stakeholder will migrate in relation to Ocean Activities. * Contributes improvement ideas * Participate actively on all required team meetings * performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers * compliance with the work procedures & data privacy * daily huddle board updates * daily update of productivity files

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree, any field.
• 0-2 years working experience.
• Ocean freight/ Ocean Business Knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint Presentation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• An affinity for numbers crunching and good analytical skill
• Good command of english
• Possess good organizing skill, able to multitask and work around tight deadlines.
