Equipment Operator

• Towing Trolleys and cargo in and out of the premises ensuring compliance with Aviation security regulations, ensuring no unauthorized stops over or opening/interference with cargo or deviation from the designated route to the airline.  You will maintain an active vigil over cargo placed under your care and report any interference that may occur enroute.
• Delivering and collection of documents and cargo to Kephis, Swissport, Transglobal etc in accordance with Aviation Security regulations.
• Ensuring the equipment is clean, in good condition and not used for non-official tasks.
• Proper care of assigned vehicle ensuring all accessories therein are properly secured.
• Strict adherence to company and traffic regulations.
• Reporting any ware and tear and ensuring prompt repair.
• Night shift i.e. delivery of cargo – export to different sheds as instructed by the shift supervisor.
• Performance Indicator:
• 100% Fuel efficiency and maintenance cost.
• 100% safety adherence.
• 0% traffic offences.
• 0% Accident rates.
• 100% Cleanliness/condition of the vehicle/equipment.

• Knowledge in motor maintenance and servicing.
• At least 3 years driving experience of accident free record.
• A valid Driving License indicating plant operation classes.
