Security Coordinator

The Security Coordinator directly supports the loss prevention program and the Compliance, Safety and Accountability program. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES * Responsible for monitoring and properly documenting camera & gate systems activity at all security equipped USA Truck locations. * The accurate entry of information into the claim system when working Accident & OSD Hotline. * Insuring that Post Accident Drug Test (PADAT) is completed as required following a DOT Accident. * Responsible for Hazmat Hotline and Auditing Bill of Lading on all Hazmat Loads. * Responsible for taking complaints from the general public on driver team members and properly documenting, investigating and addressing them accordingly. * Responsible for speed alarms

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma or equivalent * Familiarity of TMW System preferred * Knowledge of Hazmat Regulations preferred PREFERRED SKILLS * Problem solving skills * Ability to Handle High levels of stress. * Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience. * Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results. * Able to promote a culture of trust and safety. WORKING CONDITIONS * Remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. * Frequently operate a computer for extended periods of time and regularly operate other office productivity machines. * Occasionally ascend/descend stairs and move up to 20 pounds of office objects. * Frequently communicate with peers, supervisors, third parties, and other employees to exchange accurate information and answer questions. * Occasionally attend meetings in buildings outside corporate office and at off-site locations with various internal conditions, and requiring travel in various external conditions. * Travel domestically as necessary.
