This position is responsible to plan and manage the design, development, release and maintenance of business systems to support our organization's business needs. Manage of the systems Development Life Cycle. Preparation of Functional/Technical Specifications and system user’s guide.
- To assist in technical feasibility study, evaluate and analyst user requirements, and recommend solutions.
- To perform system and integration testing, and conduct user acceptance testing and implementation.
- To support and maintain existing systems/business applications including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
- To analyst user requirements and translate to technical specifications.
- To encode, test, debug and document programs based on technical specifications.
- To participate in relevant areas of Systems Development Life Cycle and project management cycle.
- To ensure relevant documentation are in place.
- Maintain and support system/business application.
- Any assignment assigned from time to time.
Solution Architect & Design:
- Lead the architecture design for complex enterprise-level solutions, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales) to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Define and implement system architectures, including cloud solutions, on-premises deployments, or hybrid environments, based on customer needs and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough feasibility and risk analysis for proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological constraints.
Qualification :
- Minimum of 10 years in solution architecture or a related technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions in complex environments.
- At least 5 years of experience managing or leading teams
- Fully handling IT on-demand like RQ, RQP Sales and etc.
- Knowledge in perform 3 Sales under IT
- Knowlege in projects delivery management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking with a proven ability to drive business value through technology solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively.
