- Maintain DB Schenker’s external websites through the use of CoreMedia.
- Serve as an editor in all materials, making sure everything is in correct and understandable English.
- Create and/or enhance existing pages.
- Analyze the requestors expectation and create execute the task accurately.
- Help maintain the corporate language in the materials given before releasing it into the website.
- Perform minor edits or touch-ups on existing photos.
- Support on other ad hoc tasks such as monitoring, peer checking, reports and updating of databases.
- Back up in re-creating PowerPoint slides maintaining DB Schenker’s corporate branding.
- Documenting internal controls in support of auditing team
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality.
- Responsible for creating/updating standard process manuals/other work documentation when required.
- Participate actively on all required team meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers.
- Compliance with the work procedures & data privacy
- Daily Huddle board updates
Primary Qualifications:
- Preferably from IT related course/field
- Has good oral and written communication skills and must be able to communicate/collaborate virtually and in person with internal teams.
- Detail oriented
- Has excellent presentation and layout skills.
- Is adaptable, flexible and enjoys working in a team environment.
- Shows ownership and initiative.
- Displays enthusiasm to support the team whenever/wherever necessary – sometimes above normal work hours and listed tasks as well as under time pressure.
Secondary Qualifications:
- Design skills in and experience in lay outing PowerPoint presentations is a plus.
- Knowledge in Coremedia or other website management platforms
- Experience in website management is a plus but not required
