    Are you a proactive and organized individual with experience in warehouse operations? Join our team as a Warehouse Planner and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth workflows, meeting service levels, and driving operational excellence.

    • Location: Ballycoolin, Ireland
    • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00

     


    What will you be doing?

    As a Warehouse Planner, you will:

    • Organize daily warehouse staff allocations with other Planners and Team Leaders.
    • Monitor inbound/outbound schedules and ensure SLA compliance.
    • Support internal teams and external customers by resolving issues and overseeing workflows.
    • Conduct safety audits and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
    • Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process orders, track inventory, and maintain operational accuracy.
    • Ensure seamless handovers at the end of shifts and promote “clean as you go” practices through 5S methodology.
    • Review SLA reports to identify and address controllable misses while maintaining FIFO (First In, First Out) stock management.

    About You

    We’re looking for someone with:

    • Experience in the warehousing/logistics industry.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Critical thinking and a proactive attitude.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
    • The ability to work under pressure and drive team motivation.
