To Achieve yearly Revenue, GP & volume Targets of identified accounts (Local Control)
• Identify opportunities of the identified accounts and develop an active pipeline of accounts in order to retain and expand new business of the accounts.
• Cross selling for other services e.g. international trucking, warehouse, national distribution, and logistics services.
• Study and Clarify on RFQ & RFI Condition with local tender teams on customer pricing intelligent, Customer award strategy and Pricing strategy.
• Prepare related information related with RFQ such as customer commercial analysis, competitor information.
• Coordinate with Local PMA, PMO to secure business.
• Manage & Complete sales system and required reports (daily report, weekly report and opportunity pipeline & activity) in order to meet agreed Sales KPIs.
• Ensure that CM have COP/SOP for all existing customers on hand
• Coordinate with CM Teams to ensure that COP will be updated and shared among CM
• Coordinate with CM for Customer’s KPI monthly, quarterly review.
• Achieve DSO according to company target.
• Review relevant contracts and able to highlight, escalate and/or resolve any unfavorable terms and conditions.

6. Bachelor’s Degree in Internation Business, Supply Chain and Logistics or related to the specific vertical market.
7. At least 5 years Experience in Sales in a managerial capacity gained in the freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain or manufacturing industry.
8. Proven track record in Key Account Management.
9. Must have a solid understanding and expertise in the particular industry
This position is responsible for account management of customers in the identified vertical market or sector.
• Maintain & Deep selling in air/ocean freight forwarding and cross-sell with other products/services e.g. International Trucking, Landbridge, local distribution, warehousing, logistics services and Project of existing customers
• Execute a business plan to extend business expansion of the identified customers, in alignment within each vertical market strategy.
• Formulate local business and account management process that enhance the service and solution offerings to the customer.
• Work with product management team to develop unique, industry specific solutions to cater to the requirements of the customer.
