    Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist – Airfreight!

    Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in the fast-paced world of airfreight? We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Bristol. In this role, you'll provide efficient and proactive service to all our air export customers and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

    Location: Bristol, UK
    Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

     

    What will you be doing?

    • Coordinating collections from vendors.
    • Preparing export documentation in compliance with UK HMRC regulations.
    • Producing shipping documents using our TANGO operating system
    • Managing post-flight updates, job file invoicing, and cost control.
    • Overseeing the department email inbox and addressing queries.
    • Ensuring rates are accurately entered into TANGO for auto-rating.
    • Adapting to customer needs and finding alternative solutions to operational challenges.

    • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in handling imports and exports within the logistics or airfreight industry.
    • Customer-focused: You strive to meet and exceed customer expectations.
    • Organised: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
