Job Overview
To serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing, coordinating, and following up on service orders with various operational departments and Schenker offices/partners. The role involves providing shipment status updates, identifying and delivering effective solutions for deviations and complaints from customers and the network during the shipping process. This ensures service quality, business development, and account retention, all in compliance with international regulations, internal procedures, and established guidelines.
