- Data Validation for APAC GPM Database
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of key data fields like site area, building area, and other specified fields as defined by the Head Office GPM lead.
- Perform data validation for files, ensuring alignment with NOVA data collection processes. Organize and clean the data within different categories.
- Tag data fields to prepare the GPM data for integration with the DSV system, ensuring the appropriate fields are tagged based on DSV’s requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the Head Office GPM lead, APAC Head of GREM and Cluster GREM leads to align on validation requirements and ensure that all data management processes are being executed effectively.
- Regularly report progress on data validation efforts, address any discrepancies, and propose solutions.
- Data Quality and Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor and assess the data quality throughout the validation process.
- Recommend improvements for future data validation initiatives to streamline processes and improve data accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accountancy, or statistical / quantitative data analysis
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work through large datasets
- A proven track record in data management, validation, or analytics, preferably in large-scale databases
- Experience with data management and modelling
- Knowledgeable in analytical tools (PowerBI, etc.)
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of data tagging, integration processes, and database systems.
- Knowledge of Real Estate and/or logistics industry is an advantage
- Strong relationship building and management skills
- Effective communication skills across a range of audiences in different countries
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforce
- Ability to translate data and reporting requests into tasks
- Proficiency in English language is a necessity, proficiency in other languages (Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese) is an advantage
- Presentation skills, analytical, structured way of working
