    The Quality Assurance Chapter Lead is responsible for leading the “Quality Solution” chapter in the Technology Solution Center Warsaw (TSC) and supporting teams in creating high-quality software solutions.


    Your tasks:


    • Leading the chapter “Quality Solution” in the Technology Solution Center Warsaw (TSC) and supporting teams in creating high-quality software solutions
    • Working and aligning with tribe leads and product owners of the ITM Land domain
    • Collaborative alignment with all TSC function and sub-function leads
    • Supporting and implementing the global TSC and Quality Assurance strategy
    • Managing capacity in relation to demands and partner expectations in a cost-efficient way
    • Steering and communicating risk-based testing approach and managing constraints and partner expectation
    • Driving standardized Tools Implementation based on globally defined TSC standards and sharing good practices
    • Speaking partner for other functional managers and topic owners in HR issues.
    • Responsible for employment and development process 
    • Implementing a continuous learning culture and enabling a positive error culture in your chapter
    • Manage the transparent performance of your team and enable personal development through open and trustful communication



    Our requirements:


    • Min. 5 years of strong IT Test Management and Quality Assurance know-how and experience
    • Hands-on experience in programming in Python, Java or other languages is beneficial
    • Experience in code management and CI/CD setup
    • Min. 6 years of relevant working experience (in a managerial position)
    • Experience working in an Intercultural environment, within an area of responsibility (must), outside / globally (ideally)
    • Experience with complex global IT environments / different service operation model (CLOUD, SaaS, on-premise, etc.) and their challenges in agile 
    • Experience in workshop facilitation and people management
    • Experience in financial management (budget, actuals, invest requests)
    • Fluency in English 
    • Open to work in the hybrid mode (office in Warsaw)
    • Employment contract for a fixed term (12 months)
