    タスク

    Tasks & Responsibilities: * Responsible for servicing difficult, detailed high-volume accounts or a larger portfolio of midsized accounts. * Accounts that are out of the norm, must be able to support the customer's purchasing group and work with the customers vendors to ensure bookings meet the importer's requirements. * Heavy communication with Schenker destination offices and customers. * Attend weekly customer conference calls and be able to respond to the customers questions regarding pending shipments and their pending orders. * Manage transparency tools and funnel proactive shipment intelligence. * Present market updates to customers. * Responsible for getting customer approval for accessorial charges in real time. * Ensure that ocean export rate cards are filed with the FMC once the customer approves the rate card. * Confirm all ocean freight rates are up to date before processing and obtain approval from customer or our destination offices. * Responsible for backing up the Ocean Export Supervisor when needed. * Responsible for assisting in the training of new employees when required. * Will have their own customer list that the OE Specialist will be responsible for all customers on the list. * Work with the various TOC's to ensure shipments are booked, monitored, and scheduled for timely pickup. * Responsible for LCL shipments including customer service, freight forwarding documents. * Perform financial file audits to ensure customer profitability level as planned. * Knowledge in freight forwarding both operationally and in customer service.
