Responsibilities

*Being member of the respective transition team to relocate accounting activities to Bucharest, when applicable;

*Compliance with the work procedures;

*Responsible for creating/updating standard process manuals/other work documentation when required;

*Ensure accuracy and timeliness of performed activities as per received instructions;

*Performing basic reports and preparing account reconciliations;

*Respond to vendor queries (vendor/customer) when applicable;

*Documenting internal controls in support of auditing team;

*Compliance with internal and external company policies and regulation;

*Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality;

*Consider local and legal needs for master data;

*Collaborate in the reorganization of master data, control settings;

*Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers;

Qualifications

*Nice to have previous experience in data input role;

*Previous experience in working with ERP (preferably SAP FI module) is a plus;

*University degree or ongoing studies preferable in the field of accounting, finance or economics;

*Previous working experience preferably in large/global organizations;

*Good technical knowledge of MS office;

*Effective analytical and problem-solving skills;

*Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines;

*Attention to details is a must;

*Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking;

*Very good English language skills;

*Knowledge of another foreign language (in addition to Romanian/English) is a plus;

*Willing to collaborate within a team in order to achieve common goals;
