    Responsible for providing prompt administrative support for the People and Organization function including the areas of compensation/benefits, employment, employee relations, and training. Tasks & Responsibilities: • Apply job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks • Process forms or electronic data via the HRIS for human resources functional areas, advise management of significant errors or inconsistencies • Maintain employee files and personnel records • May maintain requisition and other logs, conduct reference checks on candidates, schedule conferences, and prepare purchase authorizations • Responsible for distributing office correspondence and directing incoming calls • May compile personnel statistics and provide information to employees on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records • Maintain logs of materials received/distributed, prepare summary spreadsheets • Coordinate meeting arrangements, negotiate cross-functional meeting schedules • Maintain supply room and prepare order sheet • Assist/develop system in filing and organizing other materials

    Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills This is an intermediate level position. Good interpersonal skills required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Generally, prefer 2-4 years of experience. The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.


    We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary ranging from $24 - $28 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits package includes paid time off and paid sick time in the first year, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, disability insurance, and more as described in our benefits guide. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, performance, geography, and internal equity. Benefits may be subject to waiting periods and other terms and conditions.
