- Design and develop customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform to enhance internal processes.
- Develop and test new solutions to ensure they meet internal quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Create and manage documentation.
- Optimize the software development lifecycle by addressing inefficiencies in internal processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and follow up on business requirements.
- Train end users.
- A university degree in computer science, IT, or an equivalent education.
- Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 (nice to have).
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- 2+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and configuration.
- Strong proficiency in .NET/C# and JavaScript.
- Experience with related technologies such as SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
