General Description
- Update milestones and schedules for Global Ocean Freight.
- Ensure the accurate and timely update the milestones and schedules for movement of cargo to- and from specific locations within standard timeline from the company.
Key Tasks
- Daily vet the data from data dashboards, user interface and perform the tasks based on different statuses.
- Make decision which are the most accurate events from different data sources.
- Add or update the source data before sending the data.
- Proactively compare data from different sources and made adjustment for information in user interface if necessary.
- Timely and accurate completion of tasks in user interface.
- Click DO SEND/DO NOT SEND for each event in user interface.
- Resolve any issues that come up about events/schedules from Virtual Operators.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Work experience in a global forwarding/logistics company.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Other languages (written and spoken) will be an added advantage.
